Our Stockholm, Sweden Trip
Although I first visited Stockholm some twenty years ago, this was the first time Aida and I had experienced the city together — and it proved to be an unforgettable return. We were fortunate to visit earlier this year, while winter still held the city firmly in its grasp, with crisp air, frozen light, and temperatures that made every warm interior feel especially welcoming.
There is something remarkably distinctive about the Swedish character: friendly, calm, respectful, and refreshingly understated. Stockholm itself is an exceptional city — elegant, historic, and effortlessly photogenic. From its beautifully preserved architecture to the way winter light reflects across the water, every corner offers a scene worth capturing, making it a particularly rewarding destination for photography.
