Do you feel like something inside you is asking to be seen, but you don’t know where to begin?
Do you struggle to make decisions, let go of pressure, or reconnect with yourself amidst the noise of everyday life?

I am a qualified Yoga Life Coach and I offer a gentle and safe space where you can be fully present, feel without judgment, and come home to yourself.
This is a journey that blends the wisdom of the body, the clarity of the mind, and the guidance of your inner truth.

EMOYIN is a class for deep listening to the body and the emotions that live within it.
Through myofascial release and Yin Yoga, I invite you to slow down, release accumulated tension, and explore how emotions are stored within our tissues, fascia, and the postures we hold in daily life.

Each practice is a conscious experience where the body becomes the bridge to the emotional world. We do not force, we do not push, we allow. We allow ourselves to feel, to release, and to create space, understanding that every emotion has a place where it manifests and a way to express itself when given time and presence.

EMOYIN is not just a class; it is a process of reconnection. An intimate encounter where you learn to inhabit your body with greater kindness, to understand its messages, and to gently support whatever arises through calm awareness.

Here, movement is subtle yet profound.
Here, the body speaks — and we learn how to listen.

Yoga coaching uses and adapts the practice of Yin Yoga to the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems not usually addressed in a group class.

  • I combine tools from emotional coaching, trauma sensitive yin yoga, myoyin, somatic practices, and mindfulness, all tailored to meet your unique needs.
    Each session is different, just like you.

    Sometimes we talk, sometimes we breathe, sometimes the body speaks louder than words.

    This is not a space to “fix” you. It’s a space to trust yourself again, and to remember that the wisdom you seek is already within you.
