I am a qualified Yoga Life Coach and I offer a gentle and safe space where you can be fully present, feel without judgment, and come home to yourself.
This is a journey that blends the wisdom of the body, the clarity of the mind, and the guidance of your inner truth.

Yoga coaching uses and adapts the practice of Yin Yoga to the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems not usually addressed in a group class.
What to expect:
I combine tools from emotional coaching, trauma sensitive yin yoga, somatic practices, and mindfulness, all tailored to meet your unique needs.
Each session is different, just like you.Sometimes we talk, sometimes we breathe, sometimes the body speaks louder than words.
This is not a space to “fix” you. It’s a space to trust yourself again, and to remember that the wisdom you seek is already within you.
The sessions are both offered online or in person (if you are based in Lérida).
